Dupon Foodtech has been designing and manufacturing ice cream filling equipment and machinery successfully for several decades.

Dupon Foodtech offers a wide range of filling technologies to the ice cream industry, with machines capable of filling everything from cones to cups and tubs, push-ups and squeeze-tubes, through to paperboard containers like pints, squats, or sqrounds.

 

The Dupon Foodtech machine portfolio serves small, medium, and large-scale ice cream producers. Our equipment range can generate outputs starting from 1,800 products per hour (Ultra Ice Cream Filler RF) up to a mind-boggling 45,000+ products per hour (Ultra Ice Cream Filler XL). Dupon Foodtech devices enable dispensing, spraying, filling, wet dosing, dry dosing, and closing for all standard and non-standard ice cream products.

As if that isn’t enough, Dupon USA—a subsidiary of the D’Hoore Group—delivers cutting-edge technology for the production of servo-driven ice cream sandwiches, side-loaders, and various collating equipment. The Ultra Ice Cream Filler XS complements our range of inline ice cream filling machines.

In addition to ice cream filling equipment, Dupon Foodtech supplies state-of-the-art plate hardening tunnels. These tunnels come equipped with robotic or linear loading systems, easy plate change, stainless steel transport chain and floor (walls if requested), inter-cooler evaporators in stainless steel (frame & pipes), and options for ammonia, carbon dioxide (R-744), or freon refrigerants. They include a sequential defrost system (hot gas) and an oil-free or automatically lubricated chain system.

Dupon Foodtech uses only the highest-quality insulating panels and most reliable inter-cooler evaporators available.

Freezing capacity: for 120 ml cones, options include 28,800 pcs/hour, 36,000 pcs/hour, or 43,200 pcs/hour (examples only).
